Disabled parking

Forward parking is available on a first come, first served basis, please display your Blue Badge. All parking is on hardstanding with step free access available from all areas.

Queuing/Busy periods

Please note at peak times you will experience delays/queues both parking and entering the show ground. We strongly recommend planning your journey accordingly.

Wheelchair friendly

The entire Westpoint building is wheelchair friendly being step free throughout. The main hall is smooth concrete, the foyers and conference room is carpeted.

Accessible WC facilities

We have accessible toilets located in the corridor off the main entrance Foyer which can be accessed with a RADAR key. Please note currently the accessible toilets do not include a hoist or table facilities.

Assistance Dogs

Registered assistance dogs are welcome to attend the event.

First Aid

In the event you require assistance during the event please go to the organisers office in the entrance foyer.

Medical & Allergy Information

First aiders are available on site. If you need assistance at any time please speak to an event steward.

Please be aware that the event includes animals and hay/straw, which may trigger allergies.
